Michael Mazzolino
With over 33 years of experience in real estate, Michael Mazzolino has built a career rooted in knowledge, ethics, and professionalism. Beginning his journey at just sixteen through a co-op placement with RE/MAX Garden City, Michael discovered a passion for real estate that would become his lifelong pursuit. Surrounded by some of the industry’s top producers during one of the region’s most active markets, he learned early the value of discipline, education, and mentorship.
By the age of eighteen, Michael had already purchased his first investment property. Over the decades since, he has become a trusted expert across nearly every facet of the business — residential, commercial, mixed-use, and multi-family properties, as well as construction, redevelopment, and property management. He has successfully completed all four courses toward the prestigious CCIM designation and holds his broker’s license, further solidifying his commitment to continuous professional development.
Michael’s expertise extends beyond transactions. He has built homes from the ground up, overseen severances and intensification projects, navigated building and demolition permits, and applied for various municipal grants and programs. His practical understanding of the Ontario Building Code, Fire Code, and Landlord and Tenant Act has made him a valuable resource for investors, landlords, and developers alike.
Beyond real estate, Michael is deeply involved in his community. He has served on the Board of the Downtown Association (BIA), the Downtown Development and Revitalization Advisory Committee (DDRAC) at City Hall, and the Niagara Symphony Orchestra (NSO) Board. He has also contributed to the Mayor’s Charity Golf Tournament Committee under former Mayor Walter Sendzik, helping raise funds for local causes.
A lifelong learner and advocate for urban revitalization, Michael continues to study and support the transformation of Niagara’s downtowns into vibrant, livable communities. Known for his honesty, professionalism, and extensive market knowledge, he has earned the trust of clients across generations — many of whom return or refer others based on their positive experiences.
Whether buying, selling, investing, or managing properties, Michael’s mission remains simple: to help his clients build lasting value and achieve their goals with confidence.
