I love Old Glenridge! It is a great residential neighborhood, and it’s right there, on the cusp of our thriving Downtown! It’s such an interesting neighborhood. So on one side you’ve got Burgoyne Woods… a 122 acre park with fields, tennis courts, BBQ fire pits, picnic tables, playgrounds and trails. Oh, and it’s one of the most popular areas for winter tobogganing! As you walk to Downtown, you pass Glenridge school and all of its charm, The St. Catharines Golf and Country Club, and countless historical houses with interesting architectural details like slate roofs and leaded glass windows. Before you know it your Downtown. Craft Brewery, Artist Café’s, and chef owned restaurants. Take the dog for a walk to The Farmer’s Market, or bring the kids to The Centennial Library. Leave your car at home, and walk to an Ice Dogs Game, or catch one of the many and diverse concerts at The First Ontario Performing Arts Center. Entry level for this neighborhood is over $200,000, but you can certainly find a house for under $300,000.
